  2. Get Pre-Qualified! By providing a pre-qualification letter, you can show your estimated purchasing power. Our Preferred Lenders offer pre-qualifications to Beverly Homes homebuyers at no cost or obligation.
  3. Select Your Community! Beverly Homes offers numerous active Communities in Horry and Georgetown Counties. Wherever you wish to live in the Grand Strand area, we'll help you make it happen.
  4. Already Own Land? In addition to our numerous Communities, Beverly Homes builds Custom Homes all along the Grand Strand, including Horry and Georgetown Counties.
  5. Select Your Floor Plan! Whether you build in one of our many communities on your own lot, we offer a variety of plans from which you can choose. Alternatively, you can customize one of our existing plans, or our Drafting Department can design an entirely new plan to meet your wants and needs with consideration of space, lifestyle, and features.
  6. Customize Beyond The Layout! After choosing and/or customizing your floor plan, you can carry the customization throughout every area of your new home. You can personalize your colors, finishes, lighting, countertops, and cabinets - that's not even half of it! Our standard and upgraded customizations are sure to fit your taste and style.
  7. Sign, Seal, & Deliver! Once you have built your budget, obtained your pre-qualification, and selected the area, floor plan, and features, it is time to make it official. Your Beverly Homes Sales Consultant will walk you through the Purchase Agreement.
