"We have been in our Beverly Home since January 2021. As requested, Beverly asked us to list any and all fix-its within the 12-month warranty period. It did take some time to get all the fix-its done, but the point is that they were all done. The politeness of the folks from Beverly, and their subcontractors was above and beyond! Jennifer in the Warranty Dept. was right back to us always within a 24-hour period to address our concerns. Way to go. If I was to buy another home, compared to the competitors I've seen, I would buy a Beverly Home hands down."

"So Happy with Our New Home! Carol Wallauer, the Senior Sales Consultant, was awesome to work with throughout the entire process. We traveled 5 hours to our new home, and, throughout the process, Carol made sure we were able to see the home and meet Scott, the Construction Manager, to answer any questions any time we were in town. Carol and Scott were always able to quickly answer any questions we had, even from a distance. The quality of the construction is fantastic and the team they have making it all happen is top-notch. Carol’s eye for home colors built a great foundation; we upgraded the flooring to all tile that she chose for the bathroom and ran it throughout the entire home. So Glad We Did! Everyone comments on the flooring! We also upgraded to a gas stove and tankless water heater, and our friends all wish they had done the same from the beginning.
