Your relationship with Beverly Homes does not stop on your move-in day. You will enjoy a complete-coverage construction warranty on materials and workmanship during the first year after your home’s completion.

Beverly Homes has a reputation for building superior homes, and we stand behind what we build. Our Warranty Department offers an exceptional level of customer service that goes far beyond industry standards. We will not only build you a new home but also stand behind it with a warranty on which you can rely.

If there are problems due to defects in materials or workmanship, as outlined in your Builder Warranty Documents, we will arrange for its repair or replacement. If a problem results from actions by occupants of the home or others, or from ordinary wear and tear, the Builder is not responsible for the resulting repair or replacement. Please refer to your warranty documents for the limitations, and the list of items that are covered and not covered under the warranty.

Beverly Homes Limited Warranty

The Builder warrants that all construction related to the house substantially conforms to the specifications and the change orders for the job. Within one (1) year from the date of closing, or occupancy by the Purchaser, whichever is first, the Builder will repair or replace, at the Builder's option, any latent defects in material or workmanship by the standards of construction relevant to Horry County Building Codes. A latent defect is defined as one which was not apparent or ascertainable at the time of occupancy. The Purchaser agrees to accept a reasonable match in any repair or replacement in the event the original item is no longer available.  The Purchaser understands that the sole remedy under this Limited Warranty Agreement is repaired as set forth hereto.  Any claim for breach of this warranty must be brought within one (1) year from the date of closing or occupancy by the Purchaser, whichever is first.

The Beverly Homes Limited Warranty is not transferrable. This warranty is personal to the original Purchaser and does not run with the property or the items contained in the house. The original Purchaser may not assign, transfer or convey this warranty.

Who Do I Contact if I Have Questions or Concerns about My Warranty? All warranty requests, questions, or concerns should be emailed to service@beverlyhomessc.com. Please include your name, address, and phone number.
How Do I Submit a Warranty Request? Submit all warranty requests in writing to service@beverlyhomessc.com. If you cannot email, please mail to: ATTN: Warranty Department, Beverly Homes, PO Box 512, Conway, SC 29528.
Who Should I Contact in the Event of an Emergency Warranty Issue? Email your contact information and a description of the issue to service@beverlyhomessc.com. If after business hours, please contact the necessary subcontractor noted on the Subcontractor List provided to you in your walk-through booklet. Please check in with the Warranty Department in case any follow-up repairs are needed.
When Do I Submit My 11-Month Warranty Punch List? Submit the list 11 months from the date of closing on your home. Warranty lists will not be accepted after 1 year from your closing date.
How Do I Submit My 11-Month Warranty Punch List? Email your warranty list to service@beverlyhomessc.com, along with your name, address, and phone number. Once the list is received, the Warranty Department will contact you to schedule your warranty walk-through.
