"Beverly Homes owned a vacant lot that we were interested in. They showed us the approved floor plan, gave us the price, and we went under contract in July 2021. They finished the house by the predicted closing date. Their standard finishes and choices are wonderful. We were living over an hour away, so I was a little hesitant about not seeing the progress on a regular basis. We got a beautiful home for a very good price! I’d recommend them 100%."

"Great people with pleasant & extremely positive attitudes that wanted us to be 100% satisfied. Shelley & Chanan were very helpful every step of the way. Great team. Thank you!”

"So Happy with Our New Home! Carol Wallauer, the Senior Sales Consultant, was awesome to work with throughout the entire process. We traveled 5 hours to our new home, and, throughout the process, Carol made sure we were able to see the home and meet Scott, the Construction Manager, to answer any questions any time we were in town. Carol and Scott were always able to quickly answer any questions we had, even from a distance. The quality of the construction is fantastic and the team they have making it all happen is top-notch. Carol’s eye for home colors built a great foundation; we upgraded the flooring to all tile that she chose for the bathroom and ran it throughout the entire home. So Glad We Did! Everyone comments on the flooring! We also upgraded to a gas stove and tankless water heater, and our friends all wish they had done the same from the beginning. So Happy to Have a Great New-Build Experience with Little Stress!"

"We have been in our Beverly Home since January 2021. As requested, Beverly asked us to list any and all fix-its within the 12-month warranty period. It did take some time to get all the fix-its done, but the point is that they were all done. The politeness of the folks from Beverly, and their subcontractors was above and beyond! Jennifer in the Warranty Dept. was right back to us always within a 24-hour period to address our concerns. Way to go. If I was to buy another home, compared to the competitors I've seen, I would buy a Beverly Home hands down."

"Julie was extremely responsive any time we had a question or needed anything. She made the experience so easy and fun! We love our new home and feel so blessed to have found it."

"Beverly Homes built my dream retirement home in Pawleys Island. Adam Wilson was wonderful to work with and helped me in every step of the process. He kept me updated on the progress and even sent me pictures regularly since I lived several states away at the time. Everything went smoothly, and we closed on time. I love my home!"

"Beverly Homes has a great team of honest, professional, hard-working individuals. We would recommend them to anyone looking to build a coastal home - Nothing but great things to say about them. We look forward to making many memories in our home."
