The engineer's plans are finished, and the 121-acre site is laid out with roads, drainage, water and sewer. Public water and sewer are available right at the road. About 30% of the land stays open space, and wetlands are mapped and left untouched. There are three entrances (two on Hwy 66, one on Hewitt Rd), and the layout leaves room to expand onto the neighboring land. County and state approvals are in progress, with the site expected to be ready to start building in Fall 2026. Open to selling the whole site or in phases.
